Make Your Summer Count at the Y.  We will keep you active this summer!

Bridge Club -  This group meets the last Wednesday of the month from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm.  You must already know how to play bridge.  If you are interested in learning how to play, contact Dot at the Davis Y.

Hiking Club – If you are interested in hiking this summer, please contact Ellen at the Davis Y.

Gardening – Volunteers are always welcome at our Community Garden.  Dustin is ready to show you around, contact him today!

The YMCA and the Knoxville Force and Lady Force have partnered this summer to bring soccer to the neighborhood.  If you missed the April visit with our Kinder Kicks kids, plan to attend the home game on Saturday, June 22nd where our Y soccer kids will participate in half time activities.   June 22nd is YMCA Day at the Force games; your Y membership card gets you a seat for $3, and children 8 years old and younger are free.   All Force and Lady Force home games take place at UT Regal Stadium.  Click here for the 2013 home game schedule.

River Sports Outfitters offers Family Fun & Adventures – show your Y ID card and save:

• Adults receive 10% discount on all events
• Children 16 years old and younger receive 50% discount on all events

What:  Adventure in the Backyard – Camp out at Ijams Nature Center!  A variety of activities offered: Climbing Wall, Slacklines, Movies – Each event will be different!  Ijams will offer food and beverages for purchase.  Scheduled dates are June 8th, July 13th, August 10th, September 14th.  You must call River Sports Outfitters at 865-523-0066 for information and to reserve your tent site.

What: Summer Camp -2 days at the climbing center learning how to climb and 3 days at the Cove learning and practicing paddle skills.  Activities will teach basic climbing, bouldering, kayaking and canoeing.
