The Cansler Family Y is the place to have your next corporate meeting, training event, birthday party, baby shower, or family reunion! We have many different rental spaces available to suit your event needs!
To reserve space for your event please complete the rental documents below and email them to Megan Fitch or bring them with full payment to the Cansler Family Y.

Community Room
This is our largest meeting space, capable of holding 150-200 people. Rectangle folding tables and metal folding chairs are available for you to arrange the room to best suit your needs. If renting this space you will also have access to an adjacent kitchen with refridgerator, microwave and sink. This room is perfect for a corporate meeting/training, large birthday parties, baby showers, or any other event you may be planning!
Classroom
This space is primarily utilized for our pool party rentals, however, it can be used for smaller meetings, birthday parties, or other events. This room comfortably seats 25-30 people and has tables and chairs already set up for your convenience. Additional chairs are available if needed.
Gymnasium
Perfect for team practices, scrimmages, or drill work on a rainy day. This space can also be used for parties and events provided food and beverage are not served.
Aerobics Studios
These medium sized spaces are great for birthday parties, baby showers, or other events that need more space than our Classroom but not as much as the Community Room. Times for these rooms are restricted based on the Group Exercise schedule which can change every month. Sound equipment is for our Cansler Y group exercise classes only and will not be able to be utilized by rental parties.
Pool Parties
Come enjoy our indoor water park for you or your child’s next birthday! We have two, two story water slides to enjoy as well as a beach entry, perfect fun for all ages! Our pool parties are reserved with time for pool use and Classroom use. The first hour of every pool party is spent in the pool and the second hour is spent in our Classroom space. Pool parties can be for all ages, swimmers and non-swimmers alike. Our lifeguards on duty will always ask children under 13 years of age to take a swim test verifying the child’s swimming ability. When reserving a pool party there are three time options:
Friday evening – 5:30pm-7:30pm
Saturday Afternoon – 12pm-2pm
Saturday Afternoon – 2:30pm-4:30pm
