Brief Description: In a safe, healthy, and fun atmosphere the Community Youth and Teen Development Coordinator is responsible for the overall planning, implementation and evaluation of Teen Leaders Club, Y-CAP, Life Hurts God Heals, as well as other programs for At-Risk teens.
Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age and have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred. Applicant must have two or more years’ experience working with At-Risk youth and teens and/or experience working with youth and teens in a divers socio-economic environment; strong organizational and communication skills and efficient computer skills. Applicant must be able to show initiative, creativity and flexibility. Applicant must be able to pass drug screening and background check.

After School Child Care Counselor
Location: Multiple Locations in Knox County
Hours: M-F, 2:00-6:00pm, occasional weekend work required for training

Pay: $8.00 – $10.00 per hour depending on education and work experience

Brief Description: Facilities Coordinator will be responsible the maintenance and operation improvements at YMCA Facilities in Knoxville.
Qualifications: Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactory. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, carpentry, and other maintenance-related areas required. Ability and current license to drive with record that meets YMCA standards required. At least 12 months experience in required.
Must be able to pass drug screening, background check and meet other requirements set by the Tennessee Department of Human Services.
