We’re DASHING ALL THE WEIGH (out of 2020) with a holiday fitness challenge!
Challenge Objective: Workout 4 times/week for 6 weeks
Make Up Missed Workouts!
If you fall behind during the busy holiday season, don’t give up on the challenge! On January 9th, we’ll host an Arctic Plunge at the West Side Y outdoor pool. This will give Dashing All the Weigh participants an opportunity to make up 4 missed workouts.
Registration & Details:
- Cost: $15 for Y Members; $50 for Friends of the Y (Non-Members)
- Dates: November 23rd – January 4th
- Register online, over the phone, or in person at your Y
- Pick up your Dashing All the Weigh Tracker at the Y, or download and print your own.
- 24 Workouts Complete: Long-Sleeve “Dashing All the Weigh” T-Shirt
- Weight Lost or Maintained: Y Coffee Mug
- All participants must register to earn prizes.
- Prizes will be awarded at the Y beginning January 11th.
