The Y aims to improve the nation’s health and well-being by providing programs and activities that promote wellness, reduce risk for disease and help others reclaim their health. And, the best part – All fitness classes are FREE with your Y Membership!
At our Y, a supportive community is a big part of wellness. At every age and every level of activity, you’ll find people just like you looking to live a bit healthier. Members and program participants often site the support and enthusiasm of fellow participants and staff as some of the key factors in reaching their goals of greater well-being. It’s An Open Invitation
We invite you to experience a new group exercise class lead by certified instructors. We have classes for all ages, all levels and all interests. From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training, to indoor cycling (Spin), water exercise – including the New Hydro Ride (Cycling in the pool), Defend Together (borrows training styles from mixed martial arts, kickboxing, Muay Thai, karate and more…) and Yoga, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving.
