Aqua Hour: Self-led water aerobics hour in the pool for all fitness levels. (1 hour)
Barre Above: fuses the very best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training. No dance experience or barre is needed; Barre Above is for all fitness levels and will help you lengthen, strengthen, and tone your body.
Beginner Yoga: The student will learn the basic yoga poses and alignment for safety in an environment with other beginning students. (1 hour)
BOOM Move It: BOOM Move is a great cardio dance workout class that improves cardio endurance and burns calories. MOVE IT is all about breaking a sweat and having fun. The class focuses on cardio endurance by starting with simple dance moves then building into more complex sequences, bringing you a great cardio workout. (30 min)
BOOM Muscle: BOOM Muscle This class is perfect for you “Baby Boomers” and incorporates athletic-based exercises that improve upper body conditioning. You’ll move through several “blocks,” which are groups of exercises that focus on different muscle groups. The focus of this class is on toning muscles and building overall strength to keep you fit an able to play with all those grandbabies!
Boot Camp: This class mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness boot camps, most are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they’d push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp. This class will occur outdoors when the weather allows, or in the gym. During the summer the location will change. Please bring water! (1hour)
Conditioning Together: Integrates strength and cardio to build muscle, burn calories, and improve agility. Use Loaded Movement Training in this three-dimensional experience with high-intensity interval training. Dynamic music drives the energetic 30-minute workout.
Core Focus Together®: Core Focus Together® trains you like an athlete in 30 action- packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain, and give you ripped abs! (30 min)
Defend Together™: Defend Together™ is an explosive cardio workout fueled by MMA moves from inside and outside the octagon. You are your own opponent in this high-energy experience that borrows training styles from mixed martial arts, kickboxing, Muay Thai, karate, functional athletic training and more! (1 hour)
Deep Intensity: Be suspended in deep water for a low impact, full body workout! This intense core challenge workout covers traditional choreography, HIIT, and anything in between. Tempo changes get your heart rate up, while directional changes work your core. (45min)
Kickboxing: Kickboxing combines Basic drills used “in the ring” as well as out of the ring to help tone the body as well as the heart. We will use standing bags. Bring your own boxing gloves! (45 minutes)
Line Dancing: An instructor led class that teaches different line dances. Some old dances and some new dances. Come and try it out! (1hour)
Move Together: Move Together will have you feeling and moving better in only 30 minutes. Build movement health by mastering the fundamental patterns that encompass everything you do in life. Grow your movement confidence with coaching and motivating music (30 minutes).
Pilates: A core training class appropriate for all fitness levels. This is a mat class that strengthens the powerhouse and improves flexibility. This class is a perfect cross training workout. (1hour)
Senior Circuit: A circuit class specifically designed for active older adults to strengthen weak muscles, stretch tight areas and build core strength. We will use the chair, the band and the balls for exercises. (45 min)
Silver & Fit Experience: A class designed for older adults looking for a moderate-level, well-balanced exercise routine. Participating in this class will help increase your heart health, muscular endurance and strength, flexibility, and balance. All exercises are performed in a standing position with the option of using a chair for light support. This class will help you take on daily tasks with more ease and keep up with your grandkids. (45 minutes)
30 Minute Spin/Beginner Spin: class designed for our active older adults, beginner spinners or anyone wanting to get a quick 30 minute ride. Great instruction on bike set-up. Class moves at your pace based on your level of fitness. (1/2 hour)
Spin: An instructor leads you on a ride through flats and hills while you control the intensity. This workout is great for all levels. (45 min-1 hour)
STEP BLAST: It’s back! Revive your love for STEP in this one hour, high energy step class. This class is for all levels because the instructor will off modifications for everyone! (1 hour)
Strength Train Together®: Strength Train Together® combines traditional strength exercises and the hottest functional training moves, utilizing a barbell, weight plates, and your body weight, to make you fitter and stronger. High-rep training and athletic movements are key components of this results-driven workout! (1 hour)
Suspension Training: uses your own body weight to help you develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. 8 maximum per class; call 690-9622 24 hours in advance to be added to the list!
Swim-Bike-Run: Class consists of 20 min swim, 40 min bike, 30 min run. Great for triathlon training or an overall workout!! (S/B/R) (90 min)
Tabata Bootcamp: Tabata Bootcamp is based on high intensity training using 20 second micro bursts followed by 10 seconds of rest. Each class will do several tabatas. The remainder of the class is a circuit utilizing gliders, kettle bells, and weights. It’s a total body workout! (1 hour)
Ultimate Fit: Fun, out of the box, exercises designed to challenge your total body. Sometimes we use weights, sometimes we don’t. If you are stuck in your workouts this is the class for you! The workouts are designed to be for any level. (55 min)
Vinyasa Yoga: A multilevel class where poses are linked together. It is a dynamic flow from one pose to the next, usually including sun salutations. (1 hour)
Wet n Wild: Shallow water class with a variety of formats. Class may include traditional choreography, kickboxing, dance, or power moves. Cardio, toning, strength, balance and agility are achieved with a variety of movements. Format may vary from week to week. (45min)
Yoga: Slow, controlled movements and deep stretches are used to release tension, develop flexibility and strength. (1 hour)
Yoga Boot Camp: This class is designed for healthy students who would like to increase strength and flexibility and burn calories at the same time. Strength moves with light weights will be added into a flowing style class with a focus on the core. (1 hour)
ZUMBA: A fuse of Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will kick your tail. Step out of your box and try it! (1 hour)
