Program Overview

The Y’s Active Older Adult classes are specifically designed to help older adults improve their overall health with lower-impact movements. Classes include a variety of workouts that improve balance and range of motion, maintain muscular strength and joint stability, and improve cardiovascular strength and endurance. Instructors offer many modifications to ensure that seniors of all ages and fitness levels have safe and effective ways to receive a challenging and fun workout.
