Program Overview

The Y’s Mind Body classes help you incorporate mindfulness and spiritual and emotional health into your fitness routine by combining body movement, mental focus, and controlled breathing to improve your strength, balance, and flexibility. Mind Body workouts like yoga and tai chi have been proven to reduce blood pressure, calm anxiety, promote healthy sleep, relieve stress, and increase dopamine levels in the body.
