Masters swim at our Cansler Y invites swimmers 16 and older from all backgrounds: competitive swimming, triathlons, swimming for fitness, lap swimming, etc. Each session of Masters Swim training will follow a structured workout that may include: stroke drills, technique work, interval training, distance training, sprint training, and tips on competition in the pool and in open water. You may use these workouts to train for a triathlon, become a more efficient lap swimmer, or to add variety to your weekly fitness regimen.

Recommended equipment includes goggles, cap, fins, and paddles.
