If you are interested in registering for one of our 17 After School Child Care programs please complete the information below to be placed on our wait list. Once your request is received you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
As space becomes available you will receive an email with the After School Child Care parent packet along with our EFT form. Please return both the completed parent packet and the EFT form by the given deadline. The EFT form will be used for the $50 registration fee due at the time of registration. The completed parent packet and registration fee may be turned in at our Cansler YMCA or emailed to [email protected].

At this time all 17 After School Child Care locations are full and on a wait for the 2019-2020 school year. You may complete the form below to be placed on the wait list however please note we are currently not adding anymore children into our program at this time.
For the upcoming 2020 – 21 school year please complete the form selecting “Rising Kindergarten”, “NO” for 2019-20 school year and “YES” for 2020-21 school year. You may use the comment space to clarify if need.
DHS certificate funding is accepted. The Y never denies anyone participation due to financial restrictions. Subsidized fees are available to families that qualify.
Full time (4 or 5 days) = $65 per week participants / $51 per week members
Part time (3 or less days) = $42 per week participants / $36 per week members
Registration fee = $50 per child
Hours: Monday – Friday / school dismissal to 6pm.
The YMCA can provide you with a W-10 for tax purposes upon request.
A summary of fees paid the previous year will not be provided.Parents are responsible for retaining receipts for their records. Contact YMCA management if you are not receiving your weekly receipts.
