The Y works with local partner Clean Eatz to offer easy and affordable meal options to help you stay on track with your nutrition.  Clean Eatz offers healthy, prepared meals each week, all with the convenience of no contract or ongoing subscription.  Just order when you want and skip when you don’t!

Clean Eatz is a cafe and meal-prep company that eliminates the guesswork, temptation, and time when choosing to eat healthy.  Clean Eatz is more than a restaurant that offers healthy food. We are heart-driven to change livez through clean, balanced food, thought-provoking education and motivational support that inspires results. We know personal wellness is not one-size-fits-all, so we craft nutritional products and fitness opportunities that meet the needs of every type of lifestyle.

As an active Y member, you will receive a 10% discount on all of your purchases by showing your Y scan card when you pay.  If ordering online, either choose the “pay in store” option to ensure your discount is applied at pick-up or enter the YMCA Members discount code YMCA10 to pay online.

Each week, view the online menu for the Clean Eatz meal plan, with new meal plans each week, no contracts and no commitments.  Choose the meals you want, and order by Sunday at midnight.  Pick up all meals on Monday at your closest Clean Eatz location or see the Satellite Pick-up instructions below to pick up at our Tennova Family YMCA.  Skip the weeks you don’t want to order.  It’s that simple!

Satellite Pickup Instructions:

1. Visit https://cleaneatz.com/healthy-meal-plans to order.
2. Under Locations, select “Knoxville – Farragut” (although the Bearden location is closer to North Knoxville, the Farragut location cooks and packages all of the Clean Eatz satellite pick-up orders).
3. Select your meals.
4. Under “Pick Up Location” select “Satellite Pick Up – Tennova Family YMCA”
5. To receive your 10% Y Member discount, enter the discount code found in your weekly Y email.
6. Meals are available every Monday beginning at 11am.  Find your order in the dedicated Clean Eatz pickup office across from the front desk inside the Tennova Family YMCA at 7540 Dannaher Dr.  Orders are stored in a commercial refrigerator, sorted alphabetically, and labelled with your name.  Any orders not picked up by Thursday will be donated.

Weekly meal plans are just one option from Clean Eatz.  Stop by any of the Knoxville Clean Eatz locations to check out all of their healthy, delicious options including dine-in cafe meals or a fully stocked fridge of grab ’n’ go prepared meals, snacks, and smoothies.
