In Small Group Training, our certified personal trainers design workouts tailored to your specific goals while you enjoy the encouragement and motivation of a small group. With a maximum of 6 participants, you’ll get focused attention and the camaraderie of friends and fellow participants. Monthly registration is required, and as always, Y Members enjoy discounted pricing.
