Make your next party a pool party!

The Y is a great place to have your next birthday party or family gathering! With a variety of options and packages to choose from including private parties, and room/pool packages, we’ve certainly got something for YOU! 

Includes:

  • 1 hour in our indoor pool followed by 1 hour in the party room with tables & chairs
    • Food & drinks are welcome in the party room, please clean up after your party
  • Up to 20 swimmers included
    • For an additional $50 fee, 10 swimmers can be added to the party
    • Maximum 30 swimmers total, including parents in the water
  • Lifeguards
    • Will complete swim tests for each child 13 years old & younger
    • Issue color-coded necklaces to help identify swimmers from non-swimmers
    • Pool parties there must be 1 adult for every 5 non-swimmers in the water at all times

Cost:

  • $250 for Y Members/$300 for Non-Members

Meeting Space

Many of our Y’s have community space available for meetings or celebrations like family reunions, baby showers, company trainings, etc.

Pool Parties – Pilot Family Y

Days and Times Available:

  • Saturdays 1-3pm
  • Saturdays 3:30-5:30pm

To reserve your pool party:

  • Facility Rental Form must be completed in full and returned
  • $50 damage deposit (separate check or placing a card on file) is required
  • Rental fees must be paid in full to reserve date and time

Pool Parties – Davis Y

Days and Times Available:

  • Fridays: 6:45-8:45pm
  • Saturdays: 1pm to 3pm and 3:30pm to 5:30pm

To reserve your pool party:

  • Facility Rental Form must be completed in full
  • $50 damage deposit (separate check or placing a card on file) is required
  • Rental fees must be paid in full to reserve date and time

Pool Parties – Cansler Y

Days and Times Available:

  • Saturday: 12pm-2pm or 2:30pm-4:30pm
  • Sunday 2-4pm

To reserve your pool party:

  • a Facility Rental Application must be completed in full
  • $50 damage deposit (separate check or placing a card on file) is required
  • rental fees and damage deposit must be paid in full to reserve date and time

Days and Times Available:

  • Friday 6-8pm
  • Saturday 1-3pm
  • Saturday 3:30-5:30pm
  • Sunday 2-4pm

  • Rental fees must be paid in full to reserve date and time
