Everyone’s favorite Holiday Fitness Challenge is back – it’s DASHING ALL THE WEIGH!

The holidays have the potential to threaten your efforts towards a healthy lifestyle, but the Y supports you in challenging yourself to stay on track.  Join the Dashing All the Weigh Challenge, track your workouts for 6 weeks, and earn prizes!

  • OBJECTIVE: Work out 4 times per week for 6 weeks to earn your highly-coveted “Dashing All the Weigh” Challenge long sleeve t shirt.  All workouts count, not just workouts completed at the Y, since the goal of this challenge is to keep you moving, active, and accountable over the holiday season.
  • EXTRA CHALLENGE (Optional): Weigh-in (on your own, privately) at the beginning and end of the challenge.  If you lose or maintain your starting weight (just don’t gain!), you’ll be entered into a drawing to win an additional prize!
  • Registration Dates:  Now through November 26th; challenge officially starts November 21st!
  • Challenge Dates:  November 21st – January 2nd; 6 weeks, from the Monday before Thanksgiving to the Monday after New Year’s
  • Cost: $15 for Y Members; $50 for Friends of the Y (non-member program participants)
