Your Favorite Fitness Challenge is BACK!
The holidays have the potential to threaten your efforts towards a healthy lifestyle, but the Y supports you in challenging yourself to stay on track. Join the Dashing All the Weigh Challenge, track your workouts for 6 weeks, and earn prizes!
OBJECTIVE: Work out 4 times per week for 6 weeks – from Thanksgiving to New Year’s – to earn your highly-coveted “Dashing All the Weigh” Challenge long sleeved t-shirt. All workouts count, not just workouts completed at the Y, since the goal of this challenge is to keep you moving, active, and accountable over the busy holiday season.
EXTRA CHALLENGE (Optional): Weigh-in at the beginning and end of the challenge. Your weigh-in is private, can be completed anywhere, and you don’t have to share those numbers with anyone on our staff team. If you lose or maintain your starting weight (just don’t gain!), you’ll be entered into a drawing to win an extra prize! The Y understands that weight loss is not and should not be everyone’s health goal!
HOW IT WORKS: Register at the Y or online by clicking below. If you can, please register at the branch where you plan to pick up your shirt. Pick up your Dashing All the Weigh tracker at the Y to log your workouts, then start working out! Return your tracker by January 5th to pick up your shirt!
