Is your teenager interested in weight-lifting but hesitant to ask for help?  Does your teen want to start a workout routine but doesn’t know where to start?  Join Coach Monk, Cansler Y Wellness Director, for a 2-hour workshop geared specifically for teens.  Teens will learn proper form and technique for a variety of strength training exercises, including free weights and weight-lifting basics.  Teens will also discuss gym etiquette and other frequently asked questions to give them confidence and courage for hitting the gym.  Free for Y Members; $12 guest pass for Non-Members.  Registration required.  Learn more!
