We’re excited to launch Les Mills BODYPUMP at the Y this January!  BODYPUMP classes will be happening at all locations beginning January 1st, but check below for special launch party events at your Y!

BODYPUMP is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructors and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own.  Check it out with this 1-minute preview video.
