Tennova Y Massage Therapy
The Tennova Family Y offers an array of signature massage, body and facial treatments for men and women — both members and non-members. Our goal is to provide superior services to relieve stress and promote relaxation. We offer outstanding service in a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere. Our massage therapists provide quality treatments and are focused on your comfort.
Visiting the Spa
When you schedule a spa appointment, you will have access to separate men’s and women’s locker rooms, equipped with showers and a steam room, sauna and whirlpool. You are welcome to relax and unwind after your appointment and enjoy these amenities. Towels are provided. Clients under the age of 18 are welcome, but must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Massage Services
Relaxation Massage
A classic massage that incorporates the main Swedish techniques to stimulate circulation, reduce tension, relieve stress, and promote overall relaxation.
- 30 minutes: $50 for Y Members; $60 for Non-Member Guests
- 60 minutes: $65 for Y Members; $75 for Non-Member Guests
- 90 minutes: $85 for Y Members; $95 for Non-Member Guests
Deep Tissue Massage
A massage that restores the structural and functional integrity of the body by improving posture, stimulating circulation and relieving pain from trigger points.
- 30 minutes: $55 for Y Members; $65 for Non-Member Guests
- 60 minutes: $75 for Y Members; $85 for Non-Member Guests
- 90 minutes: $90 for Y Members; $100 for Non-Member Guests
Hot Stone Massage
A sensory-indulging treatment that uses warm stones in tandem with the therapist’s hands to melt away tension and stress.
- 60 minutes: $80 for Y Members; $90 for Non-Member Guests
- 90 minutes: $100 for Y Members; $110 for Non-Member Guests
Aromatherapy Massage
A stress-reducing, aromatic experience that induces relaxation of the nervous system. Choose from relaxing, rejuvenating, balancing and energizing.
- 60 minutes: $70 for Y Members; $80 for Non-Member Guests
- 90 minutes: $90 for Y Members; $100 for Non-Member Guests

Cool Stone Facial Massage
A gentle facial massage in combination with cool stones.
- 30 minutes: $50 for Y Members; $60 for Non-Member Guests
Body Polish
A non-irritating, mildly exfoliating service ideal for sensitive skin. The polish has a creamy texture and moisturizing qualities.
- 30 minutes: $50 for Y Members; $60 for Non-Member Guests
Body Polish and Relaxation Massage
Our body polish will nourish and rejuvenate your skin. Enjoy warm towels, followed by a stress-reducing massage.
- 90 minutes: $90 for Y Members; $100 for Non-Member Guests
Two-Hour Spa Experience
Escape for a while! Aromatherapy-themed service begins with an aromatic scalp massage, followed by a cool stone facial massage. Indulge the senses with a body polish, followed by an aromatherapy massage.
- 2 hours: $135 for Y Members; $145 for Non-Member Guests
Royal Spoil Treatment
Enjoy a full-body hot stone massage with an aromatic scalp massage and a refreshing peppermint foot treatment.
- 90 minutes: $125 for Y Members; $135 for Non-Member Guests
Spa Sampler
A little bit of everything! This includes a sampling of relaxation massage, hot stones, cool stones, aromatic scalp massage and more.
- 90 minutes: $100 for Y Members; $110 for Non-Member Guests
Peppermint Foot Treatment
This treatment includes an exfoliating peppermint scrub, warm towels, and a relaxing foot massage.
- 30 minutes: $50 for Y Members; $60 for Non-Member Guests
Tangerine Back Treatment
Enjoy an exfoliating tangerine scrub, warm towels and a relaxing back massage.
- 30 minutes: $50 for Y Members; $60 for Non-Member Guests
Spa Etiquette
Check In
Please check in with the front desk 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to complete paperwork and prepare for your spa experience. Your session will end on time, regardless of how late you start, so please arrive early.
Cancellation or Rescheduling
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment time.
Gratuity
Gratuity is always appreciated, yet is discretionary and based on the enjoyment of your spa experience. Gratuity is a personal choice. However, industry norm is 10-20 percent. Unfortunately, gratuity cannot be added to your credit card or check payment. Please be prepared with cash or a personal check to your therapist.
Complimentary Amenities
Guests of the spa may enjoy complimentary use of the facility when scheduling any spa service. Amenities include separate men’s and women’s locker rooms, two indoor pools, hot tub, steam room, and sauna.
