Small Group Training gives you the camaraderie and social support of a group exercise class with the individualized coaching and one-on-one attention of personal training.  Small Group Training is available in monthly packages, and registered members are able to come to as many or as few workouts as they would like.  Small Group Training is perfect for any fitness level, with certified trainers offering modifications and motivation, challenging you to get the most out of your workout.
