Splash N Dash 2023

The YMCA, Special Olympics Tennessee, and The Koinonia Foundation are excited to come together to host Splash N Dash — a Swim/Run event for adults with disabilities. If an athlete does NOT have a swimsuit, they may wear athletic shorts and shirt. The swim/water-jogging will be 200 yards, and the run/walk will be 0.5 miles.

  • Date & Time: Saturday, August 26th at 8:30am
  • Location: Davis Family YMCA, 12133 S. Northshore Dr. Knoxville, TN 37922
  • Cost: FREE for adults with special needs to participate

To best prepare for the event, all interested participants must attend one of the two scheduled practices at the Davis YMCA:

  • Friday, August 4th, 5:00-6:30pm OR
  • Friday, August 18th, 5:00-6:30pm
