Join us January 7th for the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for our newest YMCA of East Tennessee location, the Tennova Family YMCA. The Tennova Family YMCA is currently open for use for all YMCA of East Tennessee members and guests. January 7th will be our official Grand Opening!

- Facility Tours (no join fee in January!)
- Free rock climbing by River Sports Outfitters
- Group exercise class demonstrations, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Pickleball games and demonstrations
- Family swim
- Free chair massages by Tennova Family Y Licensed Massage Therapists
Our community partners will be on-site providing:
- Information on discounts for Y members with Registered Dietitian Lauren Kotrys, MS, RD, LDN
- Health screenings by Tennova Healthcare System providers
- Coffee by Mahalo Coffee Roasters
- Samples and product discounts from Clean Eatz and Eddie’s Health Shoppe
