My Shadow & Me Dance

My Shadow & Me Dance classes are for adults and kids who want to further their dance skills while spending time with one another. This class will emphasize rhythm, mobility, creativity, body awareness, and more. Activities will include stretching, musicality-enhancing games, expanding general dance knowledge and technical skills, and learning easy-to-follow choreography set to music. This program is not limited to moms; dads, grandparents, or other caregivers are all welcome!
- My Shadow & Me Dance is currently offered at the CANSLER FAMILY Y on Saturdays.
- Classes run monthly for $25/month for Y Member Adult + Child Pair; $50/month for Non-Member Adult + Child Pair
