Program Overview
The Y’s Aquatics classes include a wide-variety of pool-based workouts for all ages and fitness levels. Aquatics classes use the added resistance of the water to enhance your workout while minimizing joining impact as the water provides buoyancy to support your body weight. Water aerobics classes of all varieties will improve balance, burn calories, heal and recover from chronic conditions or injuries, and improve your cardiovascular health.
