Group Exercise Classes

With over 60 types of group exercise classes to choose from, you’ll find something that’s right for you. Try cardio, strength, water exercise, yoga, and more. Check out different classes to find what you like. Members can drop in on most classes. See your instructor or contact your location for details.

Group Exercise Classes are Free for YMCA Members

  • More than 60 class formats
  • Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced Classes
  • Classes 7 days a week, at a variety of convenient times
  • Open to ages 12 and up
  • Ages 10-11 can attend with a guardian
  • Free drop-off care for your kids while you workout (when available)
