Group Exercise Classes are Free for YMCA Members
- More than 60 class formats
- Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced Classes
- Classes 7 days a week, at a variety of convenient times
- Open to ages 12 and older; 12-13 must attend with a parent or guardian. 14 and older may attend on their own.
- Free drop-off care for your kids while you workout (when available)
