The Y has partnered with Registered Dietitian Lauren Kotrys, MS, RD, LDN to offer nutrition sessions to Y Members at a special members-only price!
Nutrition Sessions are catered specifically to you and your goals. Whether that be weight management, sports nutrition or overall wellness, the first session will be geared towards reviewing your history and current diet. Lauren will then educate you about what changes may be needed to help reach your long-term goals and will discuss several meal ideas and short-term goals that can be set. Follow-up sessions will further expand on what is discussed during the first meeting.
