Program Overview

The Y’s full body workout classes help you get the most out of your workout experience with a mix of cardio, strength, and endurance all in one workout. A full body workout will help you boost your metabolism and burn calories with a cardio focus, but also build lean muscle and strengthen your body with aspects of a strength workout. Incorporating many different muscle groups and continuously mixing up your workout will constantly challenge your body and help you see progress and results toward your fitness goals.
