Program Overview

The Y’s Youth classes help develop healthy habits early in life. Just as with all other fitness classes at the Y, we focus on fun! Games and teamwork in youth workouts help kids stay active while adding physical fitness into their routine and lifestyle. Y coaches and instructors ensure that youth receive modifications so that exercises are appropriate for each age and level of development.
